Couch to 5k: Week 1, Day 2


Great workout today!

Today's workout consisted of:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Five-minute cooldown walk.

Ended up walking a mile at school with Kate, and then this afternoon ran/walked 2.6 miles.
