Matt and I are so excited! We close on our 1st home in a month! Yayayayaya! There are no words that I could type to explain how stinkin' excited I am about this...

The inspection went well, a few things were requested to be fixed, nothing too big. We should have an appraisal this coming week. Then I don't know what else will happen but our awesome real estate agent is helping us step by step.

I go back to work tomorrow, just 1/2 days for the next two weeks, small group instruction to earn a little extra money. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Successful Saturday

This morning I had a yard sale and it was quite successful except for the rain that hit about 9am! But no worries, I was able to sell A LOT in 2 hours (and then hung around till 10:30am and sold a bit more). Did not sell everything so I boxed it back up to try again next month when Matt and I move, so we can include that stuff too.

And by the way, Happy Birthday Quinn and Dylan!

Another T-Shirt Quilt

Shelia's T-Shirt Blanket is complete! This one is sooooo cuddly!

This is 20 of Andrew and Shelia's shirts combined to make a snuggly couch throw. This blanket has no batting in the middle but instead is lined with flannel to make it extra comfy. The shirts have been hand tacked at every corner. I hope to get this to Shelia sometime soon and I really hope that she loves it!
